About the Menu
This menu is primarily designed for travelers who may be less familiar with the wines of Western Georgia and wish to explore the region’s gastronomic culture—especially that of Samegrelo—through thoughtful pairings of wine and regional cuisine.
Menu Includes
Four Oda wines served as tasting portions (50 ml each).
The wines are natural, crafted from organically grown vineyards, fermented spontaneously in kvevri, and made without additives;
Four Megrelian bites, carefully paired with the wines;
Informational cards about the wines and dishes (available in Georgian and English);
Duration: 1 hour;
Minimum number of guests: not limited;

60 GEL per person (VAT included);
18+ guests - discounts apply for Oda’s partner companies;

First-time collaboration (companies & guides) for partners without prior cooperation, a prepayment of 30–50% of the total cost (depending on group size) is required to secure the booking.
White
1. Tsolikouri 2024. Dry White. Content - Tsolikouri (100%). Region - Lechkhumi (vil. Leshkeda). Soil - limestone. Elevation - 650 MSL. Method - direct press. Fermented and aged in Kvevri (clay, underground) naturally with no additives. Contains sulphites bellow 40mg/l (allowed in natural wine-making).
Food pairing - fresh rolls of gebzhalia minty cheese.
Amber
2. Tsolikouri 2024. Dry Amber. Content - Tsolikouri (100%). Region - Samegelo (vil. Targameuli, Chaburta). Soil - Loam, limestone. Elevaion – 170-250 MSL. Method - 30% skin contact for 5 months. Fermented and aged in Kvevri (clay, underground) naturally with no additives. Contains sulphites bellow 40mg/l (allowed in natural wine-making).
Food pairing - walnut and carrot spread on small mchadi (cornbread);
Rosé
3. The Glass Wall 2023. Dry Rosé. Cuvée. Content - Ojaleshi (50%), Tsolikouri (50%). Regions - Samegrelo (Ojaleshi), Lechkhumi (Tsolikouri). Elevaion - 170 MSL (Ojaleshi), 750 MSL (Tsolikouri). Method - direct press. Fermented and aged in Kvevri (clay, underground) naturally with no additives. Contains sulphites bellow 40mg/l (allowed in natural wine-making).
Food pairing - mini tklapi tacos filled with kidney beans paste and pickles;
Red
4. Dzelshavi 2022. Dry, red. Content - Dzelshavi (100%). Region - Racha. Soil - peat. Elevaion - 650-750 MSL. Method - full skin contact for one month. Fermented and aged in Kvevri (clay, underground) naturally with no additives. Contains sulphites bellow 40mg/l (allowed in natural wine-making).
Food pairing - crisped ghomi tartlets with Megrelian kharcho.
