About the Menu
The menu offers guests a journey into the authentic and modern gastronomic culture of Samegrelo. It brings together both familiar and lesser-known, once-forgotten regional dishes that the Oda team has researched, revived, and thoughtfully reinterpreted over the past nine years—placing them in a new context through a fusion with global gastronomy. These signature creations can be experienced exclusively at Oda Family Winery. Guests will also hear the stories behind the dishes—stories rooted in tradition and in the process of rediscovery.
The menu is complemented by carefully paired natural wines from Samegrelo, Lechkhumi, and Racha—wines that are now available not only in Georgia, but in 12 countries around the world.

Pricing:
14–21 guests — 70 GEL per person (VAT included);
4–13 guests — 85 GEL per person (VAT included);
1–3 guests (without staff) — 350 GEL per group (VAT included);
Accompanying staff - free of charge for Oda’s partner companies (for groups of 3+ guests). Otherwise: 35 GEL per person (VAT included);
12+ guests - hosted personally by Oda’s founder, including a winery and vineyard tour — complimentary. Otherwise: hosting/tour fee is 150 GEL per group (VAT included);
30+ guests - additional discounts apply for Oda’s partner companies;

Live Megrelian folk choir (Ensemble Margalepi) - 800 GEL;
First-time collaboration (individuals, companies & guides) - for partners without prior cooperation, a prepayment of 30–50% of the total lunch cost (depending on group size) is required to secure the booking.

Appetizer
Tklapi Tacos — fruit leather tklapi stuffed with kidney bean paste, lacto-fermented vegetables and fresh herbs;
Ghomi (polenta) bruschetta — chilled and pan-crisped ghomi, topped with fresh nadughi cheese, sun-dried, oil-marinated dried persimmon from our farmhouse;
Salad
Puchkholia Salad — tender green peas from our garden, chickpeas, wild greens, and cornbread crumbs, gently folded in a rich walnut bazhe sauce;
Baked
Lamberti — a Megrelian–Italian "marriage". Gebzhalia-khachapuri, Inspired by burrata pizza;
Main Course
Elarji – shepherds' style cheesy polenta served with a traditional cheese-stretching presentation;
Its Majesty, Megrelian kharcho beef stew — rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying, adorned with pumpkin seeds and sun-dried tomatoes;
Vegetarian option:
Megrelian kharcho with lentil&chickpea balls;
Dessert
Airy nadughi cream — with lemon, pear chips, and mchadi flour crumble;
