This offering includes the cooking of one Megrelian dish, such as elarji, sulguni, gebzhalia, Megrelian khachapuri, or kvalam kvari.

Format

Guests are welcomed with partially prepared ingredients (ready-made dough, freshly picked and cleaned herbs, and pre-processed cheese where needed). Under the guidance of Oda’s chef, they prepare the dish themselves—or, if preferred, observe the chef at work. Once the dish is ready, guests enjoy it together.

Group Size - when booked together with the “Discover Samegrelo” set menu, the group size is not limited. Otherwise, the maximum group size is 7 guests.

Price - 80 GEL per group (VAT included).

This offering includes the preparation of one Megrelian paste, such as red adjika, green adjika, or kachabe.

Format

Guests work with partially prepared ingredients (cleaned herbs, shelled walnuts, garlic), and under the guidance of Oda’s chef, they prepare the paste on site—or, if they prefer, observe the chef preparing it. Once ready, the product is placed into a specially prepared jar, sealed with Oda’s branded colorful label, and packaged for guests to take home as a souvenir.
